1. Scope These terms apply to all orders placed through this shop. The provider is Nebula Store (Demo), Nebula Store (Demo). 2. Formation of contract The presentation of products is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. 3. Prices and payment All prices are in Nebula Store (Demo) and include statutory VAT. The available payment methods are shown during checkout. 4. Delivery of digital content Delivery takes place immediately after payment, as a download or by displaying the credentials on the order page and via an emailed link. 5. Right of withdrawal Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are set out in the withdrawal policy. For digital content the right of withdrawal lapses if you have expressly consented to immediate performance and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). That confirmation is collected during checkout and repeated in the order confirmation. 6. Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply. 7. Licence On full payment you receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the product as agreed. Redistribution, reproduction and resale are not permitted without our consent. Nebula Store (Demo) 8. Liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. 9. Final provisions German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
