Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without
giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the
contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter or email) of your decision
to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not
obligatory.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before
the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received
from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on
which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment
as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in
no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB)
For a contract supplying digital content not on a tangible medium, your right
of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you have
1. expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal
period has expired, and
2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
This shop collects both statements before the order is placed, as a separate
tick box, and stores them with a timestamp against the order. The confirmation
is repeated in the order confirmation email.
